This Agreement is between Marywood University (“University”) and the individual Student or Parent, Guardian, or other Guarantor (collectively “Student”) if Student is under 18 years of age. The University agrees to provide Student with space in University housing and a dining plan for the academic year provided that Student accepts the terms and conditions of the Agreement below.
