This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the County of Orange, acting through its Social Services Agency (SSA), hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Mission Indians, hereinafter referred to as “PBLMIPBI.” This MOU establishes the procedures for the provision of Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) for TANF/California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids Act of 1997 (CalWORKs) applicants who meet the guidelines set forth in this MOU.
