This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed by and between the City of Memphis, Tennessee (“Memphis”) and the City of Lakeland, Tennessee (“Lakeland”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) pursuant to the applicable provisions of Tennessee law, including Tennessee Code Annotated § 12-9-104.
