This Affiliate Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of January, 2017, by and between Liberty Utilities Service Corp., a Delaware corporation (“LUSC”) and The Empire District Electric Company, The Empire District Gas Company, and Empire District Industries, Inc. (collectively, “Empire”). The parties to this Agreement are otherwise collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually referred to as a “Party.”
