THIS AGREEMENT made and effective as of the date of last signing (herein the “Effective Date”) by and between DrawDown Technologies, Inc., (herein “DrawDown”) and DKL International, Inc. (herein “DKL”), both having a principal place of business at 480 Crosswind Drive, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. DrawDown and DKL are each a “party,” and may collectively be referred to as the “parties.”
