These Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions governing the relationship between CUE Audio LLC (“CUE Audio”) and the customer identified in the applicable Web Order, SO or SOW (as defined below) or other agreement (“Customer” or “you”) relating to the services provided by CUE Audio through the CUE Audio Platform or otherwise (the “Services”). CUE Audio and Customer are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
