The Lake Stevens Lacrosse Club is committed to ensuring that all practices, games, and events are a positive and enjoyable experience for all the players and families involved. It is our mission to foster a safe and positive environment for all of our families. It is the expectation, as a Lake Stevens Lacrosse Club coach, to provide our youth with the opportunity to learn and play lacrosse in a positive team environment regardless of skill level, by creating a positive and healthy team atmosphere that allows players to develop technically, tactically, physically, and mentally. The Lake Stevens Lacrosse Club expects all coaches to adhere to this code of conduct at all times in order to promote a healthy environment and positive image for our players, families, and community.
