This Agreement is made and entered into as of this day of , 2007, by and between the County of Hennepin, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY,” A-2300 Government Center, Minneapolis, MN 55487, and the City of Minneapolis, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the “CITY,” 350 South Fifth Street, Minneapolis, MN 55415.
