THIS AGREEMENT is entered into on , 2021 between the City of Cooper City, a municipal corporation with principal offices located at 9090 SW 50th Place, Cooper City, Florida 33328 (“City”) and DURO-LAST, a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida, with principal office located at 525 Morley Drive, Saginaw, MI (“Contractor”) for the purpose of re-roofing the City’s George A. Haughney, P.E. Utility Complex Building #3. The parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.
