This document is executed as a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between Blinn College District (“Blinn”) and College Station Independent School District (“CSISD”). Blinn and CSISD have a mutual and shared interest in cooperating to provide supported access to dual credit courses for high school students and college courses for eligible up to 15 students per cohort contracting on behalf of its Pathways in Technology Early College High School (“P- TECH”), enter the following MOU for the 2024-25 Academic Year. Collectively the partners are referred to as “Parties”. The Parties enter into this Agreement under the auspices of the Texas Education Agency (“TEA”) P-TECH Designation pursuant to the authority granted incompliance with section 29.551-557 of the Texas Education Code (“TEC”).
