WHEREAS pursuant to Section of THE POLICE SERVICES ACT, Chapter and amending amendments thereto, the parties have agreed to enter into these presents for the purpose of effectively defining, determining and providing for remuneration and pensions, sick leave credit gratuities, privileges, grievance procedures and working conditions, except such working conditions are governed by Regulations made by the Lieutenant-Governor Council.
