• Fabulous Faith’s Foundation and the City of Mansfield are not liable for any loss or damages and will not be responsible for any personal injury to the vendor, associates and/or merchandise. The vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the above named entities from any acts of omissions to act of the vendor, its employees, and/or agents and otherwise assigns.
