This Shipping and Transaction Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Client(s) (“Client”, “Clients”, or “you”) and Augusta Precious Metals (“Augusta”) for the purchase of Common Bullion Products or Premium Products from Augusta and the sale of Common Bullion Products or Premium Products to Augusta. This Agreement applies to all transactions between you and Augusta, including future transactions.
