This LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between 98 Center L.L.C., a Utah Limited Liability Company (“Licensee”), and the CITY OF MOAB (“City”), a Utah municipal corporation. Property Licensee and City are hereinafter sometimes referred to as (“Party”) or collectively as the (“Parties”).
