These Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Agreement") are entered into by and between the subscriber ("you," "your" or "Subscriber") and NMSurf ("NMSurf", "us", or "we"). Please be aware that, any of the following actions, without limitation or qualification, constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by and to comply with all of the terms and conditions of service of this Agreement: (a) your submission of an order; (b) your accepting the terms and conditions electronically during the ordering process; or (c) your use of the Service (as defined herein). Initial charges, including first month service and shipping and handling charges are non- refundable immediately upon submission of an order. This Agreement includes the terms set forth herein, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, and all other materials specifically referred to in this Agreement, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
