THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“IGA”), is made and entered into effective this day of , 2023, by and between the CITY OF FOUNTAIN, COLORADO, a Colorado Home Rule municipal corporation (“City”), and the Ventana Metropolitan District (“District”). The City and the District are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
