This is a legally enforceable agreement between you (“you” or “yours” and other grammatical equivalents) and InspiredCode Ltd (“the Company”), which covers your use of the Sherlock software product that accompanies this Agreement. All such software and materials are referred to herein as the “Software” or “the Sherlock Software”.
