This Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Customer (as identified in the Order Form) (“Customer”) and Zoom Information Inc. located at 307 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452 (“ZoomInfo”) governs the terms of use of the ZoomInfo Services identified on the Service Order Form executed by Customer (the “Order Form”), as such terms may be amended from time to time by ZoomInfo.
