In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the Parties hereby agree to renew this Agreement. The Parties agree that the terms and conditions of the renewal term remain the same as those stated in the original Agreement. This renewal is effective February 16, 2023 and shall expire at 11:59 pm ET February 15, 2024. Thereafter, three (3) additional, one (1) year renewals are available.
