As part of the proposed construction of improvements on Road, it will be necessary for the County to make significant right-of-way acquisitions on a number of parcels. The owners of two of these parcels, Alexandria Gardens, LLC (APN 029-l and Peter and Dora Antonelli (APN 029-l 1 are in the preliminary stages of the development of their properties on Road at Maciel Avenue and have discussed the impacts of the proposed improvements on their projects with County staff.
