• “Annualized Premium” as shown in the Policy Schedule is the amount of premium payable in a year chosen by the Policyholder, excluding taxes, rider premiums, underwriting extra premiums and loadings for modal premiums, if any. Further, any discount on the first year premium, if applicable, shall be excluded.
