Bohemia, NY. 11716 and _ and will serve as the Subcontractor/Vendor Agreement between the two parties. The purpose of this agreement is to cover all work requested by FSFS from the above listed Subcontractor/Vendor at any time following the date of this Agreement. Exceptions to any terms and conditions must be specifically agreed to in writing by FSFS and the Subcontractor/Vendor.
