ADDENDUM 1, hereinafter referred to as “Addendum”, is made and entered into this day of , by and between the City of Overland Park, Kansas, hereinafter “City”, and Hoefer Wysocki Architects LLC, hereinafter “Consulting Architect”. The Addendum amends the Architectural Services Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “AGREEMENT”, previously entered into by the parties and dated July 11, 2005. All provisions of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect and shall cover the work authorized by this Addendum. All policies of insurance shall be endorsed to cover the work authorized by this Addendum.
