NASA Glenn Research Center (“NASA”) and Nanopath Inc. (“Contractor”) (referred to jointly as “the Parties”) agree to enter into this Use Agreement in accordance with section 5109 of Public Law 112-81, the SBIR/STTR Reauthorization Act of 2011. This Use Agreement documents the support that NASA will provide to the Contractor in connection with NASA Contract No. 2136683.
