This License Agreement, together with the Application Form, "Residence Confirmation" letter and Room Check-In/Check-Out Form and Residence Handbook constitutes the complete agreement between the parties. The Contract shall be deemed to be in force when the resident has signed the Acceptance of License Agreement form below and has paid to OC the Total Deposit Payable, as defined in the "Residence Confirmation" letter.
