This Mutual Nondisclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between SemiMarketTrends, Corp. (“SMT”) or, if applicable, any affiliate or subsidiary of SMT and the viewer of SMT product, online, offline or otherwise as of 07/01, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), to protect the confidentiality of certain Confidential Information of the parties to be disclosed under this Agreement solely for the purpose of Evaluation (the “Permitted Use”).
