DBA Spectra Venue Management (“Agent”) with a principal place of business at 110 1st Avenue N.W., Moose Jaw, SK S6H 3L9 as agent for the City of Moose Jaw, and the Municipal Corporation of the City of Moose Jaw with a principal place of business at 228 Main St N, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 3J8 (“Customer”).
