THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is between PrimePay, LLC (“Company”) and the employer (“Client”). This Agreement governs the provision of the Company’s employee benefit plan documentation service to Client which assists Client in generating written plan documents compliant with reporting and disclosure requirements under ERISA.
