This agreement will commence on the day of execution, by and between the El Paso County on behalf of the Juvenile Probation Department, hereinafter known as ″JPD″ and Blackhawk Security Services, Inc., duly licensed by the State of Texas Private Security Bureau pursuant to Section 1702 et. seq., Texas Occupation Code, hereinafter called ″Contractor″ to provide security services for the main administrative buildings and surrounding parking lots located at 6400 Delta Drive, El Paso, Texas.
