This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Odyssey Travel, 237 So. 70th Street, Lincoln, NE 68510 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated August 27, 2014 executed under City Directorial Order No. 11697, and County Contract C-14-0454, dated September 9, 2014 for Travel Agent Services, Quote No. 4841, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
