Buyer agrees to provide for this dog’s emotional and physical care, including annual physical examinations and recommended vaccinations, nutritious food, preferably (Life’s Abundance brand) etc. Seller shall not be held responsible for the development of non-genetically derived faults, diseases, or disorders, which are due to the Buyer’s negligence and/or abuse.
