These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iSPACEstem.org website (the “Website”) and the iSPACE mobile applications and Services (collectively, the “Services”). You agree that by visiting the Services or by registering or using the Services, you are entering a legally binding agreement with iSPACE, Inc., located at 100 Scarlet Oaks Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45241 (“iSPACE”) based on the Terms and the Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”). Your access to and use of the Services are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Agreement. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by the Agreement.
