This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement (or other such titled written or electronic agreement addressing the same subject matter) between Okta and Customer for the purchase of online identity-as-a-service and access management services (including related Okta offline or mobile components) from Okta (identified collectively either as the “Service” or otherwise in the applicable agreement, and hereinafter defined as the “Service”), wherein such agreement is hereinafter defined as the “Agreement,” and whereby this DPA reflects the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data. Customer enters into this DPA on behalf of itself and, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliates, if and to the extent Okta processes Personal Data for which such Authorized Affiliates qualify as the Controller or a Processor.
