This Second Amendment to Employment Agreement Amendment ("Second Amendment") is entered into as of the 22nd day of November 2021 and shall be effective retroactively to November 4, 2021 (the "Effective Date"), between the Altadena Library District, a California special district ("District") and Nikki Winslow ("Employee"). The District and Employee are sometimes referred to in this Second Amendment as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
