Notice is given herewith in terms of Section 33 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 that the Municipality intends to enter into an agreement with NDK Valuers (Pty) Ltd in terms of Section 33 of the Municipal Finance Management Act for the General Valuation and Supplementary Valuations for Mossel Bay Municipality in terms of TDR68/2019. The agreement shall commence on 2 November 2020 and shall terminate on 30 June 2026.
