This Consulting Agreement, dated as of June 13, 2017 (together with all Exhibits and attachments hereto, collectively, the “Agreement”), is made by and between a Joint Venture comprised of HYPERAMS, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, with a principal place of business at 1501 N. Michael Drive, Wood Dale, IL 60191 and Tiger Capital Group, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, with a principal place of business at 60 State Street, 11th floor, Boston, MA 02109 (collectively, the “Consultant”) and Central Grocers, Inc. (the “Merchant”), an Illinois corporation, with a principal place of business at 2600 West Haven Avenue, Joliet, IL 60433.
