LEASE (“Eighth Amendment”) is made and entered into as of July , 2024, by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”) and AVIS BUDGET CAR RENTAL, LLC DBA AVIS (“Tenant”).
