This Agreement (“the Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 22, 2022, between The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University (“Stanford”), an institution of higher education and trust having corporate powers under the laws of the State of California, and Santa Clara Unified School District (SCUSD). Stanford and SCUSD are “the Parties” to this Cooperation Agreement. Stanford’s role in this cooperative agreement will be carried out by its Graduate School of Education (GSE) under the supervision of Professor Elizabeth Bailey Kozleski. These entities and individuals are hereafter referred to as the parties (“parties”) to this cooperation agreement.
