Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service are committed to delivering the right training, to the right people, in the right way. To ensure we live up to this commitment, we have created the Learner Agreement. The Supervisory Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) is fully aligned with the topics in the Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship standard. To achieve the programme you will be expected to undertake your training under the following principles: To make a positive commitment and contribution to your learning and development. To treat staff, colleagues and others with courtesy and to respect their beliefs, values and cultures. Comply with relevant law an requirements, for example Equality, Health and Safety at Work or Data Protection.
