(“Microsoft”) and Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences (in Czech: Ústav státu a práva AV ČR, v. v. i.;)
(the “Event Organizer”). This Agreement is effective on December 12, 2023
(the “Effective Date”).
