guardians. If your child’s costumes are ordered and they decide not to participate in the recital it is still the responsibility of the above guardian to pay the balance for all costumes. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Louisiana. This agreement shall be binding upon and cannot be assigned to another. The failure to attend class does not waive the provisions of this contract. This agreement is understood with respect to the subject matter and must be signed and delivered with payment payable to Bridget’s Dance Academy in order to complete registration. I
