AGREEMENT OF COOPERATIONAgreement of Cooperation • November 22nd, 2024
The Regents of the University of California, on behalf of the Davis Campus, and RURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE, have established an Agreement of Cooperation (“AOC”) in order to further the development of basic scientific and technological research, and graduate and undergraduate education at the two (2) Institutions. This intent to collaborate between the two institutions should be implemented by one or more Further Agreement(s). “Further Agreement(s)” means Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) or other appropriate agreements that will be negotiated and signed by each Participant’s authorized signatory, describing the provisions of the arrangement between subunits of the Participants.
