THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on this 22nd day of December, 2022 by and between Deion Sanders (“Sanders”) and the Regents of the University of Colorado, a body corporate, (the “University”) on behalf of the University of Colorado Boulder’s (“CU Boulder”) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (the “Athletics Department”). Sanders and University are collectively referred to herein as (“Parties”).
