(hereinafter, “Xtremesoft”), having a principal place of business at 800 West Cummings Park, Woburn, MA 01801, USA, and the click-through Licensee (hereinafter “Licensee”). The terms of this Agreement shall apply to each Product license granted and to all services provided by Xtremesoft under this Agreement.
