This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into this 9th day of May, 2023, among Khadijah Young (“Ms. Young”), the Shaker Heights Teachers’ Association (“SHTA” or the “Association”), by and through its duly authorized President, and the Board of Education of the Shaker Heights City School District (the “Board”), by and through its duly-authorized Superintendent (collectively the “Parties”).
