IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 7th day of October, 2024, by and between the TOWN OF JOHNSTOWN, COLORADO, a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Colorado (“Town”), and GRANARY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOS. 1 and 3-9, quasi-municipal corporations and political subdivisions of the State of Colorado (each a “District”, collectively the “Districts”). The Town and the Districts are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
