This Interlocal Agreement is made and entered into this _6th__ day of __May 2013, pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 160A-460, et sec, by and between the CITY OF DURHAM, a municipal Corporation of the State of North Carolina, (hereinafter “City”), and NORTH CAROLINA CENTRAL UNIVERSITY (hereinafter “NCCU”), a public university existing in the State of North Carolina. The City and NCCU together shall hereinafter be known as “the Parties.”
