This OPIE Choice Network Membership Agreement (“Membership Agreement”) is between OPIE Choice LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“OPIE Choice”), and the entity (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” “You” or “Your”) that has executed the order that incorporates this Membership Agreement by reference (“Ordering Document”). In executing an Ordering Document, You agree that Exhibits (as defined below) that are attached hereto are incorporated into this Membership Agreement. If a term is relevant only to a specific Exhibit, that term applies only to that Exhibit when that Exhibit is incorporated into this Membership Agreement. As used herein, references to the “Agreement” means this Membership Agreement, all Ordering Documents hereunder, subsequent amendments, and such other documents, attachments, and exhibits that the Parties’ authorized representatives mutually agree to in writing. Hereafter, OPIE Choice and Customer may be referred to collectively as “Parties”.
