Download of the APSIM Software indicates the Licensee’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. The licence granted under this Agreement is only given on the Licensee’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and will be subject to the Licensee’s continual compliance with them. If the Licensee does not agree to these terms and conditions they must not download, install or use the APSIM Software.
