THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October 30, 2017, by and between NULEAF SPARKS CULTIVATION, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“NuLeaf Cultivation” or “Borrower”) and MEDIFARM III, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Lender”). Borrower and Lender are a “Party,” and collectively the “Parties” hereto.
